Rio + The Carnival continues...based on the illusions of continued progress on an increasingly depleted planet... ... is the road to a carnival, plastered with illusions of Business As Usual, as this front page of UNEP's Youth Magazine "TUNZA" so appropriately illustrates.

The prepatory work is certainly done with the best intentions. But the premises remain:
